• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management

• Professional certification in supply chain management (CSCP, CPIM).

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of Local and international sourcing.

• Should have strong local and overseas supplier connections and the capability of sourcing new suppliers.

Job Context: We are seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an FMCG factory environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, particularly in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) and a proven track record in sourcing and supply chain management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality and delivery.

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on performance metrics.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements including NDA & MoU with suppliers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the lead time for procurement of materials.

• Monitor market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities in the supply chain.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
