Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an FMCG factory environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, particularly in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE) and a proven track record in sourcing and supply chain management.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality and delivery.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts and agreements including NDA & MoU with suppliers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the lead time for procurement of materials.
Monitor market trends and identify potential risks and opportunities in the supply chain.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
