Experience in energy storage systems, electrical systems, solar projects, or related technical support work will be preferred.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to prepare technical reports and documentation professionally.
Ability to work with sales, technical, and project teams effectively.
Proficiency in speaking Chinese will be an advantage.
Good English and Bangla communication skills will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
SAV Digital Power Technologies is looking for a Solutions Engineer to provide technical support for energy storage projects. The candidate will work closely with customers, sales teams, and project teams to design technical solutions, prepare proposals, and support project implementation.
Job Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and application needs for energy storage systems.
Design system configurations and electrical solutions based on customer requirements.
Conduct cost and economic feasibility analysis for energy storage systems.
Prepare technical proposals, tender documents, presentations, and drawings.
Provide technical support to the sales team during customer meetings and negotiations.
Support project implementation and solve technical issues at project sites when required.
Coordinate with the R&D and technical teams to improve product solutions and project performance.
Assist in preparing reports and technical documentation.
