Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

• MBA will be considered an added advantage.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age At least 18 years

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development.

• Experience in energy storage, solar, power, electrical equipment, or renewable energy industry will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Good understanding of Bangladesh power and renewable energy market.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluency in English and Bangla.

• Proficiency in Chinese Language will be an added advantage.

Job Context

SAV Digital Power Technologies is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Energy Storage Sales Manager to expand our energy storage business in the Bangladesh market. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, coordinating with internal departments, and achieving sales targets in the renewable energy and power sector.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with energy storage customers and partners in Bangladesh.

• Identify potential projects and business opportunities in the renewable energy and power sector.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure successful project implementation.

• Collect and analyze information related to market trends, government policies, and competitors.

• Prepare market analysis and business development reports for management.

• Coordinate with internal departments including technical, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Participate in business meetings, client visits, exhibitions, and industry events.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and provide after-sales coordination when required.
