• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, Marketing, International Trade, International Business or related subjects.

• Age At least 18 years

• Experience in battery pack, EV battery, three-wheeler battery pack, solar, or electrical product sales will be preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to develop customer relationships and identify business opportunities.

• Ability to manage the full sales process independently.

• Proficiency in Chinese will be an advantage.

• Good English and Bangla communication skills will be preferred.

Job Context

SAV Digital Power Technologies is looking for a Battery Pack Sales Manager for the Bangladesh market. The candidate will be responsible for finding customers, increasing sales, managing projects, and maintaining good relationships with clients for EV and three-wheeler battery pack products.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop customers and business opportunities for EV and three-wheeler battery pack products in Bangladesh.

• Achieve sales targets and support successful project completion.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

• Collect information about market trends, industry policies, and competitor activities.

• Prepare market analysis and sales reports for management.

• Coordinate with technical, project, and finance teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Handle customer communication, meetings, and negotiations independently.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proper support and follow-up.
