3 years of experience in solar projects.
Advanced knowledge of MS Project and MS Office.
Sound interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-driven, hard-working, and motivated.
Problem solving and Decision-Making skills
Able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Collaborating with stakeholders to establish the project`s scope, objectives, and deliverables
Developing and overseeing the project budgets, diligently tracking expenses, and promoting cost-effectiveness throughout the project`s life cycle.
Coordinating the acquisition of solar panels, inverters, and other essential equipment for the project Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and the provision of high-quality products.
Collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, consultants, and contractors
Ensuring seamless communication and execution of the project.
Monitoring the entire installation process, with a strong emphasis on adhering to safety protocols, maintaining quality standards, and meeting project specification
Continuously monitoring the performance of solar installations and proactively addressing any issues that may arise during or after project completion.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, progress reports, and status updates for stakeholders and management.
Conducting thorough evaluations after project completion to identify areas for improvement and extract valuable lessons for future projects.
Staying informed about the latest developments in solar technologies and industry trends to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare the documents required for carbon trading or equivalent carbon trading of the projects and communicate with different relevant stakeholders.
