Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute different test methodologies to ensure comprehensive coverage of all requirements
∎ Design, Create, and Document test cases based on requirements
∎ Collaborate with software engineers for product design, walk through, code reviews and product lifecycle inspections.
∎ Work directly with the development team early on to identify testing plans and scope for each project.
∎ Refine release procedures and conduct release tests to support CI and CD of core components,services and system across environments (Dev, Staging and Production)
∎ Support preparing release notes for incremental releases and assist with reproducing production issues
∎ Troubleshoot and isolate bugs, identify the root cause of problem, research and get documented for developers
∎ Perform manual and automated testing and research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
∎ Prepare automated test solutions utilizing state-of-the-art software testing practices and tools
∎ Review UI for consistency and functionality
∎ Can Generate ideas on improving the ongoing process
∎ Knack of trying and applying different testing tools to compatible projects
∎ Maintain product consistency throughout the product-life cycle
∎ Excellent English is a must! Both spoken and written.
∎ Write technical documents for our existing and new application in compliance to the company's
∎ established standards and guidelines.
∎ Properly Maintain and Monitor Task Assigned Application like Trello, Jira, Basecamp, bitrix24 etc.
∎ Develop and apply testing processes for existing and upcoming products to meet client needs.
∎ Create a detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
∎ Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
∎ Keep record and documentation of results and compare to expected results.
∎ Detect software and websites bugs, issues so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
∎ Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
∎ Suggest necessary tools to improve efficiency and quality.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
∎ Continuous clear communication with support and developer teams.
∎ Business knowledge would be an advantage to conduct training and software implementation.
∎ Update task status and comments following proper workflow.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to estimate QA hour for projects and work orders
∎ Have a good knowledge about SQA process
∎ Have sound knowledge about bug tracking tools
∎ Should Design and develop test cases, Perform testing and analysis from user point of view, develop, distribute and execute test plans so that product is delivered high accuracy
∎ Must have IT knowledge.
∎ Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress Themes.
∎ Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
∎ Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
∎ Hands-on experience with testing on multiple browsers, operating systems, and devices.
