∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
∎ 2+ years of experience in software testing, QA automation, or a related field.
∎ Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
∎ Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
∎ Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript).
∎ Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and database testing (SQL/MongoDB/PostgreSQL).
∎ Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Docker.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
∎ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent English communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
∎ Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
∎ Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
∎ Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure software quality.
∎ Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, or similar tools.
∎ Ensure compliance with software testing standards and best practices.
∎ Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide feedback on potential risks.
∎ Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work smartly with cross-functional teams to deliver bug free products.
∎ Problem-Solving Creativity: Bring creative ideas with a solution-oriented mindset.
