Job Context:
∎ We are a Canadian software company that builds membership portals for associations for a North American audience.
∎ We are looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our team in Dhaka and lead our software development projects
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will plan, document and execute all phases of the project lifecycle
∎ Gather requirements through discussions with our team in Canada
∎ Create project plan by breaking down projects into smaller tasks
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
∎ Use Agile methodologies and sprints to build software and deliver features every sprint
∎ Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule using appropriate process
∎ Day to day management of the team
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks
∎ Create and maintain proper project documentation
∎ Delegate project tasks based on members' individual strengths, skill sets, availability and experience levels
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5+ years of experience working as a project manager
∎ Outstanding English communication skills
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
∎ Ability to analyze requirements to ensure scope is being met on projects
∎ Solid understanding of best practices in project lifecycle methodology and project management principles
∎ Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
∎ Ability to lead and supervise others as required.
