Additional Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with extensive experience in the MERN stack.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A passion for technology, a commitment to continuous learning, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in working with APIs and creating APIs from scratch.
• Experience in designing efficient database systems capable of handling millions of users and their records.
• Expertise in advanced HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS.
• Solid understanding of NestJS and NextJS.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Hands-on experience with Git.
• Ability to translate PSD or Figma designs into HTML/CSS layouts.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing application architectures, resolving complex challenges, and implementing intuitive solutions.
• The ideal candidate must be proficient in translating UI/UX design wireframes into clean, functional code that works seamlessly across browsers and operating systems.
• Optimizing front-end code to be lightweight, fast, and well-integrated with the backend is critical.
• Experience in improving front-end performance scores for standalone applications is essential.
• A strong eye for design is necessary, as you’ll collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution of mockups.
• The candidate must have a deep understanding of various architectures and the ability to plan, design, and implement the most suitable architecture based on application requirements.
• As a Senior Developer, candidates should adopt a team-player mindset, be quick learners, and be ready to guide and support our development team.
