Responsibilities & Context: The Implementation Assistant will be responsible for planning and executing the digitization of citizen services using a prebuilt CMS solution. The role requires strong standard communication practices to ensure clear and effective information exchange across all levels. Additionally, it involves managing stakeholder engagement through workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration. The assistant will conduct a thorough analysis of government services, design digitization processes, and oversee their implementation. Time management is critical in this role, as the assistant will need to ensure that project timelines are met while maintaining high standards of service readiness and compliance with government guidelines. The final deployment of services and ongoing support post-launch will also be key responsibilities.
