Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional software development experience in Object Oriented Programming Languages such as Typescript.
∎ Experience with modern frontend frameworks, for example Angular, React etc.
∎ Experience with UI/UX Design process & tools.
∎ Experience with HTTP libraries and DOM manipulation libraries.
∎ Experience with modern build and packaging tools.
∎ Strong experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
∎ Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.
∎ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
∎ Strong experience with unit testing and test automation tools and frameworks
∎ Linux familiarity
∎ Experience with code repository management using Git
∎ Experience working in an agile team environment, continuously shipping environment
∎ Strong sense of ownership and able to self-manage work
∎ Self-motivated and track record of learning new technologies
∎ Background or interest in web engineering at scale
∎ Experience with code quality tools – Linting, Static Code Analysis etc.
∎ Exposure to building secure, scalable and highly available cloud-native applications.
∎ Observability tools.
∎ Understanding of WebSocket.
∎ Good understanding of Asynchronous programming.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, maintain and enhance Oronoko’s cloud-based SaaS platform frontend ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
∎ Implement best practices in DevOps, leveraging CI/CD pipelines.
∎ Contribute to the UI/UX design.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end engineers and product managers to ensure backend platform meet product requirements.
∎ Continuously refine and improve the platform’s performance, leveraging platform performance observability and developer efficiency improvements.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, driving innovation within the team.
∎ Support modern delivery and engineering principles and practices.
∎ Product delivery against roadmap milestones

∎ Time-to-market for new features
∎ Position Overview: Software Engineer (SaaS frontend) will play a critical role in the design and development of our cloud-based SaaS platform. The role requires a full stack mindset, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies but the key focus of the role is developing the AWS cloud-based SaaS platform frontend ensuring scalability, reliability and high performance.
