Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software for business using UiPath Studio
∎ Work with Clients to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows, building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions, ensuring quality of the system
∎ Analyze and document client solution architecture to support RPA
∎ Implement Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) solutions that combine RPA and other AI-driven technologies
∎ Gather and understand requirements and identify the business flows
∎ Identify, track and monitor project deliverables to ensure successful project completion
∎ Exhibit skills in Process Mapping, Business Process Re-engineering, and Business Process Improvement
∎ Experience in Object Oriented Design and Programming, fluent in Microsoft .NET and/or Java, proficient in applying common design patterns, ability to communicate design ideas effectively
∎ Must have a disciplined, methodical, minimalist approach to designing and constructing layered software components that can be embedded within larger frameworks or applications
∎ Experience with Robotics Process Automation, including business process and system analysis,requirements gathering, and application implementation.
∎ Familiarity with relational databases such as MS Access, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
∎ Strong experience in testing methodologies, test case development, and testing execution.
∎ Working knowledge of systems development standards and procedures required.
∎ Ability to quickly understand and assess impact of existing and new technology on the business.
∎ Experience in working with various business and IT teams to deliver technology solutions that add significant value to business processes/functions.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to interact with business stakeholders and IT Management.
∎ Demonstrated ability of adapting to change and viewing change as an opportunity to add value to the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of software development experience
∎ Translate business needs into technical systems and process improvement solutions
∎ Guide process owners in expanding or modifying existing processes and creating initial definitions for new processes
∎ Assess workflow process performance
∎ Recommend process and application enhancements
∎ Perform quality control testing of any automation created
∎ Conduct training for end users on changed processes and new applications.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work at all levels of the organization.
∎ The successful candidate shall be deployed in Multinational Company, our client engaged in Oil & Gas sector in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 05 days on/ 02 days off basis
∎ Yearly two annual allowance/bonus

∎ Daily rate applicable (Monthly salary to convert to day rate)
