Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s goals and objectives.
• Manage daily interactions with followers and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to optimize engagement and content strategy.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) and generate reports to evaluate success.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote upcoming courses, webinars, and events.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align messaging, promotions, and event communications.
• Handle paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to reach targeted audiences.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
