Experience:
Customer Support, Convincing and Negotiation Skill.
Proficient in MS Office Package and Good Typing Skill.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Provide customer support through online and offline communication.
Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, comments, and feedback.
Maintain social media and e-commerce platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Daraz).
Maintain relationships with clients by providing information, and guidance; recommending new products; and recommending facilities and service improvements.
Identify and report potential issues, including spam, harassment, and inappropriate content.
Track and report on key metrics related to social media moderation.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment of community feedback with content strategy.
Ensuring proper service and after-sales support to clients.
Generate price quotations, sales reports, and customer info when necessary.
Online sales generate.
Taking customer feedback.
Strong interpersonal skills.
