Furniture, Interior Design, Lamps

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain customer queries and prompt responses
∎ Provide customer support through online communication
∎ Maintain social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Daraz)
∎ Maintain relationships with clients by providing information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ Communicating with clients
∎ Ensuring proper service and after-sales support to clients
∎ Generate price quotations when necessary
∎ Online sales generate
∎ Taking customer feedback
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Customer Support, Convincing, and Negotiation skills
∎ Digital marketing skills
∎ Strong time management
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Candidates will be awarded a sales bonus every month after completion of the probation period.
