∎ Proficient in MS Office Package and Good Typing Skill.
∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide customer support through online communication.
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries, comments, and feedback.
∎ Maintain social media and e-commerce platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Daraz).
∎ Maintain relationships with clients by providing information, and guidance; recommending new products; and recommending facilities and service improvements.
∎ Identify and report potential issues, including spam, harassment, and inappropriate content.
∎ Track and report on key metrics related to social media moderation.
∎ Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment of community feedback with content strategy.
∎ Ensuring proper service and after-sales support to clients.
∎ Generate price quotations, sales reports, and customer info when necessary.
∎ Online sales generate.
∎ Taking customer feedback.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Other duties as assigned
