Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and manage the company's Facebook Page, YouTube Channel, and Website.
Plan, organize, and schedule daily social media content.
Lead and coordinate the content team to ensure regular posting and timely content delivery.
Create content calendars and monitor content performance.
Write engaging captions, post descriptions, and basic website content.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote ongoing campaigns and offers.
Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
Track page growth, engagement, and performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Upload and manage website blogs, vehicle listings, and promotional content.
Oversee photo and video content collection for social media and marketing purposes.
Manage Facebook boosting campaigns and coordinate with designers and video editors when required.
Ensure all daily posts are published accurately and on time.
