Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and track leads generated from various sources, including online inquiries, social media, events, and referrals.
∎ Utilize CRM tools and systems to manage lead information, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper follow-up.
∎ Engage in effective communication with potential customers, responding to inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize lead conversion rates and customer acquisition.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
∎ Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance your understanding of automotive sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of lead tracking processes and customer engagement strategies.
∎ Provide support in organizing and executing promotional events, exhibitions, and test drives to create brand awareness and attract potential customers.
∎ Maintain accurate records and reports related to lead tracking and customer interactions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 3000 - 5000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Tour allowance, Over time allowance
