Experience:
3–5 years of proven experience in social media management (education or consultancy sector preferred)
Strong knowledge of Facebook Page, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla
Ability to write engaging captions, replies, and content in a professional tone
Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, or content creation tools is a plus
Knowledge of study abroad admission and visa procedures will be considered a strong advantage
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow GMQ Global's presence on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content related to study abroad, visa tips, and university updates
Reply to comments, messages (SMS/DM), and inquiries promptly and professionally across all platforms
Monitor social media pages daily and ensure timely response to all leads and queries
Run and manage Facebook/YouTube campaigns and promotional posts
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and leads
Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns and education fairs
Create short video content, reels, or scripts for YouTube and Facebook promotion
Counseling Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students (walk-in and online) regarding study abroad opportunities
Guide students on course selection, university admission, and visa procedures for Australia, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and more
Convert social media leads and inquiries into successful student applications
Follow up with prospective students and maintain a healthy conversion pipeline
Assist students with documentation and application processes
Maintain student records and update the CRM system regularly
