• Must be fluent in both Bengali and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong client handling and counseling ability

• Strong ability to counsel students and convert inquiries into successful applications

• Deep knowledge of Australia, UK, Canada, New Zealand & Europe admission and visa processes

• Excellent client handling, communication and persuasion skills

• Target-oriented and able to perform under pressure

• Private universities graduated Candidates person will be given preferable.

We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Student Consultant who will lead our counseling team, manage student cases, and ensure high conversion rates while maintaining excellent service standards.

This role requires both leadership and counseling expertise, where the candidate will guide students while also mentoring junior counselors and supporting the management team in achieving organizational targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

● Lead and supervise the student counseling team

● Train and mentor Junior & Senior Student Consultants

● Monitor team performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved

Student Counseling & Conversion

● Provide professional guidance to students regarding study abroad opportunities

● Handle complex student cases and assist in high-value conversions

● Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents

Admissions & Visa Processing

● Guide the team in university application and admission procedures

● Oversee student visa documentation and processing

● Ensure accuracy and compliance in application submissions

Digital & Client Engagement

● Monitor student inquiries from social media, website, and walk-ins

● Ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion

● Support marketing team in generating quality student leads

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

● Prepare weekly and monthly reports

● Track application progress, visa approvals, and team performance

● Provide insights and recommendations to management

Marketing & Events

● Represent the company in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events

● Participate in study abroad campaigns and marketing initiatives
