We are looking for a smart, energetic, and experienced Student Counselor / Education Consultant with strong knowledge of student admissions and visa processing. The role involves guiding prospective students, managing university applications, assisting with visa documentation, and maintaining communication with international institutions to ensure a smooth admission process.

We are seeking a smart, friendly, and confident individual to join our team as a Student Counselor. In this role, you will be the bridge between a student’s dreams and their international education reality, specializing in destinations like Australia, UK, New Zealand, Canada,Malaysia, Europe, and others. Knowledge of schooling (Canada, Australia, Malaysia) will be considered an additional skill.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly guide "walk-in" students and inquiries, turning their interest into successful visa applications through persuasive and empathetic counseling.

• Manage student journeys from the first phone call or social media DM through to file submission and visa approval.

• Stay up-to-date with international admission requirements and complex visa documentation processes for multiple regions.

• Actively engage with prospective students via social media platforms and follow-up calls to maintain a healthy pipeline.

• Represent the company at education fairs, contribute to study-abroad marketing initiatives, and participate in promotional videos/content.

• Support the management team with regular updates, conversion reports, and market insights.
