Responsibilities & Context:
১) অফিসের প্রয়োজনীয় চিঠিপত্র, নথি ও অন্যান্য দাপ্তরিক কাগজপত্র যথাসময়ে পৌঁছে দেওয়া ও সংগ্রহ করা, প্রয়াজনীয় ফটোকপি করা, ক্লিনিকের পরিচ্ছন্নতা নিশ্চিত করা এবং ফাইন্যান্স অ্যান্ড অ্যাডমিন অফিসারের তত্ত্বাবধানে অন্যান্য দৈনন্দিন দাপ্তরিক কার্যক্রম সম্পাদন করা।
২) সেবার গুণগত মান এবং রোগীর সর্বোচ্চ সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করার লক্ষ্যে ক্লিনিকের সকল কর্মীদের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় সাধন করে তাদের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
৩) প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রয়োজন অনুয়ায়ী সুপারভাইজারের নির্দেশক্রমে অর্পিত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে সম্পাদন করা।
