Experience:
Post-graduate degree in social sciences/gender and development (GAD) or related fields.
Lead the formation and establishment of community user groups (or activate the user groups/committee if already established in camps);
Develop training manual for public awareness program;
Work in close coordination with Women, and Children Officers in the district and attend and participate regularly in relevant cluster meetings in the districts;
Collect sex disaggregated data and information at district -and sub-district- level as per the established system and provide quarterly update on a regular basis;
Document lessons learnt and good practices in implementing GESI related approaches and activities;
Provide guidance to Team Leader and facilitate engaging women and disadvantaged groups;
Establish and maintain communication with beneficiaries and user groups, document user experiences and qualitative changes in their lives after project intervention;
Assist the Team Leader in preparing sustainable O&M manual;
