Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Vogra Baipass, Gazipur
∎ Working hours: 8 Hours
∎ Weekly working day: Six (6); Work Off: Friday
∎ English Proficiency & Presentation Skill: High level
∎ Professional Quality: Mature work attitude, honest, hard working, effective communicator & good presenter, should have can do attitude, *positivity towards company culture & existing facility is must.
∎ Preference will be given to those who can join immediately after final selection and have production department`s experience from mobile phone / electronics item assembling factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring of overall production operation & 6S management of the SMT workshop.
∎ Able to measure electronic circuit to fast locating the fault, also have knowledge and experience of Welding components, IC.
∎ Understanding of the naming rules of PCB, SN and software. Knowledge about process like root cause analysis, can solve and debug PCB related issue if know repairing of PCB will be additional advantage.
∎ Production line abnormal handling, Production plan and production scheme check, Early meeting abnormal problem confirmation and report.
∎ Data monitoring and Major abnormal feedback. Weekly model report, progress on improvement report, project improvement report.
∎ Provide all aspects of engineering and technical support for production, ensure product quality, and ensure the normal operation of the production system throughout the product life cycle.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Have an experience on smart phone industry.
∎ Proficiency in using basic MS office software.
∎ Have a strong sense of improvement and cost awareness.
∎ Be good at English or Chinese.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
