∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
5s, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptibility, Maintenance, Overall SMT board machine servicing and installation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Vogra Baipass, Gazipur
∎ Working hours: 8 Hours (Shift Base)
∎ Weekly working day: Six (6); Work Off: Friday
∎ English or Chinese Proficiency & Presentation Skill: High level
∎ Professional Quality: Mature work attitude, honest, hardworking, effective communicator & good presenter, should have can do attitude, *positivity towards company culture & facilities is must.
∎ Preference will be given to those who can join immediately after final selection and have SMT production experience from mobile phone / electrical/ electronic item assembling factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ New product process introduction:
∎ In order to ensure that the companies new product can smoothly enter the mass production, to participate in the review of new product project to evaluate the manufacture ability of the new products and to propose improvement suggestions, to plan the resources required for production and to ensure that the new product introduction process is smooth and reasonable.
∎ Sop production and management:
∎ In order to ensure that the production has a clear process guidance, to output an accurate process documents timely and to summarize the problem in production to form a standard.
∎ Production Improvement:
∎ -In order to reduce labor costs, to analyze and improve the process to increase the production capacity of the product and reduce the per device labor cost the product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in Electrical and Electronics work field and basic MS office software.
∎ Familiar with semi automatic machine technique.
∎ Have a strong sense of improvement and working attitude.
∎ Be good at English or Chinese.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Preference will be given to those who have knowledge of industry standard salary. Imaginary, nonrealistic salary seekers are instructed to avoid application at this position.
