Job Context
Social Micro Finance (SMF) is expanding an interest-free (Zero-Interest) business model across Bangladesh. We are looking for dynamic, honest, and self-motivated candidates for the position of Marketing Executive (Remote & On-field) to promote and sell the SMF Business Ledger (৳650) to small & medium business owners.
Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (Both Remote & On-field):
Promote the SMF Business Ledger among shop owners and SMEs.
Explain how the ledger helps them maintain accounts and qualify for zero-interest product financing.
Educate customers on SMF’s Qarz Hasanah-based product financing system (market-price products + zero interest + flexible installments).
Record client feedback accurately on Google Sheet (Interested / Not Interested / Follow-up).
Maintain polite and professional communication.
Submit daily progress and weekly summary reports.
Maintain confidentiality of all client information.

Mobile bill (as per policy)

On-field Marketing – Job Details
Work Type: Market visit / field sales
Responsibilities
Visit shops, SMEs, and markets
Demonstrate the ledger with sample copy
Promote zero-interest financing facility
Submit daily market visit report
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ৳11,000
TA/DA: ৳5,000
Daily Sales Target: Minimum 12 Ledgers
Weekly Holiday: Friday
Educational Requirements
Minimum HSC Pass
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience Requirements
Experience in Sales/Telemarketing/Field Marketing preferred
Freshers are also encouraged to apply
