Experience:

• 12 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Cement, Spinning

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc)

• M.Sc. in Engineering will be an added advantage.

• Age 40 to 45 years

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 12–15 years of practical experience in industrial maintenance, including at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial position.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 40–45 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and lead a large team.

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP software will be an advantage.

Job Location: Factory

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire maintenance department and ensure smooth functioning of all machinery and utilities.

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Ensure minimum machine breakdown and maximum efficiency of production equipment.

• Trouble Shooting of critical issues like-Sub-station, Generator, Boiler, SMD and Electric system.

• Plan and oversee installation, modification, and upgradation of equipment.

• Monitor utility services (boiler, generator, compressor, HVAC, ETP, WTP, STP etc.) and ensure uninterrupted supply.

• Train and supervise maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

• Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies.

• Prepare and manage annual maintenance budget.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
