- ২ বৎসরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- "নিরাপদ খাদ্য" বা Safe Food" উৎপাদন সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান বা ধারনা থাকতে হবে।
- আধুনিক পলিনেট হাউজে চারা উৎপাদন ও উচ্চ মূল্যের সবজি চাষের জ্ঞান বা ধারনা থাকতে হবে।
- মাটির ধরন অনুযায়ী ফসল নির্বাচন ও অগ্রীম শাক-সবজি উৎপাদনের জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
- ফসলের বিভিন্ন রোগ-বালাই, কীট-পতঙ্গ ও ভাইরাস শনাক্তকরণ ও সে অনুযায়ী সঠিক কীটনাশক নির্বাচন ও তা যথাযথভাবে প্রয়োগ করার জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
- অগ্রিম প্রতিরোধ মূলক ব্যবস্থা সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
- সুষ্ঠু শ্রমিক ব্যবস্থাপনার ধারনা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
মাঠ পর্যায় সুষ্ঠু শ্রমিক ব্যবস্থাপনার মাধ্যমে যথাযথ কাজ বন্টন ও সঠিকভাবে তদারক করা।
আধুনিক পলিনেট হাউজে চারা উৎপাদন ও উচ্চ মূল্যের সবজি চাষ।
ফসলের বিভিন্ন রোগ-বালাই, কীট-পতঙ্গ ও ভাইরাস শনাক্তকরণ এবং সে অনুযায়ী সঠিক কীটনাশক নির্বাচন ও তা যথাযথভাবে প্রয়োগ করার জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
অন্ততঃ ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
