∎ Bachelor's/Diploma in Agriculture from any reputed Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and monitoring all the projects of the farm and land areas and put up a detail plan for fisheries, fruits, vegetables, and other projects.
∎ Ensure everyday update of individual livestock, record keeping of livestock from purchase of stock to ready for sale.
∎ Maintain & monitoring all records of fisheriesand plantation related purchase.
∎ Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records & organizing sales and purchases of livestock and others related products.
∎ Directly supervise and coordinate activities of fishery workers.
∎ Assign workers to duties, such as fertilizing and incubating spawn, feeding, and transferring fish, and planting, cultivating, and harvesting.
∎ Observe fish and ponds to detect diseases, determine quality of fish.
∎ Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records
∎ Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
∎ Building professional networks and keeping abreast of developments in agricultural science.
∎ Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.
∎ Ensure waste management as well as environment & pollution control.
∎ Organizing maintenance/repair of the fisheries property, equipment, and machinery.
∎ Any other assignment entrusted by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years in Fisheries
∎ Good understanding and communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Good to have experience in a farming-related field.
∎ Management experience would be a plus.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
∎ The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
