Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Diploma in Civil

• At least 3 years

• Age At most 45 years

• Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines;

• Willingly and extensively travel within the RDRS operational area and beyond;

• Have practical experience to work under pressure and stressful situation;

• Age may be relaxed for highly deserving candidates.

RDRS Bangladesh is going to implement Strengthening the Maternal and Neonatal Health System in Rangpur, Bangladesh Project in Rangpur and Lalmonirhat District supported by Save The Children International (SCI).

Responsibilities:

• Facility Renovation Assessment;

• Prepared Drawing & Design of the Infrastructure;

• Prepare Renovation Cost Estimate of the Infrastructure;

• Planning & Implementation of infrastructure renovation activities as per drawing, design & specification;

• Technical supervision, monitoring, and cross-checking of renovation/repair work of Wash & Facilities infrastructure with specifications, drawing, design, quality, and quantity;

• Assist the procurement team for materials purchase;

• Collaborative work with the logistic/procurement team to support quotation collection, quotation evaluation, contractor selection, contract signing, work order issues, and purchases;

• Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports and submit to the supervisor;

• Ensure standard quality of the renovation works according to specifications;

• Bill preparation of different infrastructure and made payment;

• Implementation and supervision of infrastructure activities as per design;

• Maintain professional relationships with local Government authorities, Upazila and Union authorities, Civil society members, DDFP, CS, UFPO, UH&FPO, FWV, FPI, Federation members, LGED, HED, related other GO, NGO service providers & communities among catchments areas prioritizing advocacy;

• Prepare and submit periodic progressive reports and field visit reports covering all implementing activities especially infrastructure, feedback, learning and overcoming procedure of constraints, documentation, record keeping, presentation and case study/human story written down with proper documentation;

•  Any others work need to be do which will decided by line supervisor.
