Responsibilities & Context:
- Extensive knowledge in your respective field of Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collecting quotation and preparing comparative statement for vendor selection.
- Negotiating with contractors/vendors regarding rate of the work and materials.
- Ensuring the quality of materials at site.
- Ensuring the right materials and product as per designs and management’s choice.
- Able to prepare/scrutiny vendor bills and report to the authority.
- Able to prepare progress report as per management guideline.
