Master’s degree in Psychology and a 4-year Bachelor’s degree, with minimum CGPA 3.50 in both and minimum GPA 4.50 in both SSC and HSC.
Preference will be given to PhD/MPhil holders in Psychology.
Responsibilities & Context:
Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Psychology as assigned by the University.
Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory/practical sessions, and assessments in accordance with the approved curriculum.
Develop course materials, lesson plans, and examination questions, and evaluate students' academic performance.
Supervise students' research projects, internships, and theses where applicable.
Conduct scholarly research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
Participate in curriculum development, quality assurance, and accreditation-related activities.
Provide academic advising and mentoring to students.
Engage in departmental, faculty, and university committees and contribute to academic and administrative activities.
Participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and other professional development activities.
Perform any other academic, research, or administrative duties assigned by the University authorities.
