Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Oversight: Reading and analyzing technical blueprints, ensuring structures align with architectural designs.
Quality & Safety: Conducting routine checks on materials (steel, concrete) and enforcing OSHA or local safety standards.
Project Coordination: Scheduling and directing laborers, subcontractors, and communicating progress to the Project Manager.
Problem Solving: Addressing structural or logistical issues that arise during construction and recommending on-the-spot adjustments.
