Education:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering / Water Resource Management Engineering.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Construction Management, Technical Knowledge on Drawings, Quality control, Stakeholder Management, Problem solving, Reporting etc.
∎ Team management- Ability to work under limited supervision - Dynamism – Good skills in ensuring quality materials.
∎ Dynamic and proactive, with a focus on ensuring the use of quality materials.
∎ Proficient in interpreting civil engineering drawings and overseeing related works.
∎ Experience in construction, Operation & Maintenance of desalination reverse osmosis (RO) systems, latrines, and the WASH block facilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise on-site operations, ensuring construction activities are executed according to plans and specifications.
∎ Conduct site inspections and verify that all work adheres to project specifications and safety regulations.
∎ Interpret and implement detailed civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
∎ Provide technical guidance and resolve any on-site issues related to engineering design and execution.
∎ Assist WASH engineer in reviewing design changes and ensuring effective implementation.
∎ Enforce safety regulations on site and ensure all workers adhere to health and safety standards.
∎ Maintain communication with WASH engineer regarding progress, changes, and any concerns.
∎ Maintain up-to-date records of all construction activities, quality check of construction materials and equipment at store as well as at construction site.
∎ Address unforeseen challenges or changes in project scope and find practical solutions.
∎ Adapt to changing project demands and ensure the timely delivery of project objectives.

Employment Status: Contractual
