Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Site Engineer (Mechanical) to supervise and execute VRF Air Conditioning works at project site. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, work execution, coordination with other teams (especially ceiling team), and ensuring timely completion of work as per design and specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise VRF AC installation works at site.
- Monitor refrigerant piping, drainage piping, insulation and outdoor/indoor unit installation.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical and ceiling teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper routing and support of copper piping before ceiling closing.
- Check drawing, layout and site condition before execution.
- Raise work progress reports and update management regularly.
- Ensure safety compliance at site.
- Check materials received at site and maintain stock record.
- Assist in testing & commissioning of VRF system.
- Identify site problems and provide practical solutions.
