- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in HVAC design & estimation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of HAP / E20 / Elite software (Preferred).
- Good understanding of BOQ & tender documentation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Good command in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our office team for HVAC system design, estimation, and proposal preparation. The candidate will be responsible for HVAC load calculation, system design, BOQ preparation, costing, and client offer submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC load calculation (Cooling & Ventilation).
- Design VRF, Split, Chiller, and Ventilation systems.
- Prepare BOQ, estimation and cost analysis.
- Prepare technical proposal and commercial offer.
- Prepare shop drawings and layout (AutoCAD).
- Select HVAC equipment as per project requirement.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotation and technical data.
- Attend client meetings when required.
- Support site team with technical clarification.
- Prepare project documentation and submittals.
