Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and manage on-site interior fit-out activities, ensuring alignment with design specifications and project plans.
Interpret and execute interior drawings, layouts, and material specifications.
Ensure quality control by monitoring materials, finishes, and workmanship to maintain high design standards.
Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee the installation of flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, furniture, and lighting as per design requirements.
Resolve on-site challenges and provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors.
Maintain daily site reports, track progress, and update project stakeholders on developments.
Ensure the procurement and use of correct materials as per project specifications.
Assist in handover procedures, ensuring all aspects of the interior works meet the required standards.
