Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
∎ Candidates who have prior experience in working in Rohingya Camps will be preferred.

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide overall technical assistance to EPRC project's construction/repair/maintenance works, from their planning to their implementation and monitoring.
∎ Responsible to ensure that effective implementation, monitoring and supervision tools are developed and implemented.
∎ Responsible to ensure effective quality control systems are in place to ensure compliance with technical specifications and CODEC quality standards.
∎ Ensure all technical inputs and cost estimates related to the construction components are accurate, timely provided and included in the project proposals and budgets.
∎ Support the procurement committee in all tender exercises for the procurement of construction related services and supplies.
∎ Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources.
∎ Identify and manage risks and initiate corrective action where necessary, so that maximum benefit to CODEC is achieved.
∎ Provide weekly construction progress monitoring report to the supervisor which is acknowledged and verified by the Project Management.
∎ Prepare interim - final project and handover reports and maintain the relevant project records.
∎ Work closely with Civil engineer of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision-making.

∎ Supportive supervision and motivation skill.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design
∎ Contract only for 3 months
Salary: Tk. 52000 (Monthly)
