• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Rate analysis, Quantity Estimate, Quality Control, Cost Control, Inventory management, Team/manpower/labour management, Construction Site Management.

• Manage day-to-day various tasks/activities at construction project sites.

• Proficiency in quantity and cost estimate, rate analysis and BOQ preparation for real estate, building construction, repair and maintenance works etc.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel is a must.

• Prepare, follow and update monthly work plan/schedule as per project completion timeline and try to avoid any unnecessary delay/deviation.

• Supervise construction progress according to the design, drawings, BNBC codes/specifications and BOQ.

• Sound ability to understand relevant architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing design and drawings, shop drawings, as built drawings etc.

• Pro-active person and good team member.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multidisciplinary tasks.

• Other tasks as and when required basis assigned by the senior management.
