Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Real Estate
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Software, M.S office, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards related to structural & finishing work.

• Proficiency in project management.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good technical skills in Electrical and Information Technology activities.

• Oversee daily construction activities, including Piling work, grading, clearing, and installation of utilities, and manage site work activities and manage building finishing work, including plastering, painting, tiling, and other decorative elements.

• Inspect and ensure the quality of finishing work as per project specifications and standards.

• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project managers.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of finishing activities & other professional staff, surveyors & overall project Engineer. 

• Maintaining detailed records of all building plans, inspection reports, repair work, and project documentation. This is important for historical reference and legal compliance.

• Allot work to laborers and supervise their activities on site. 

• Prepare schedules of materials, monitor inventory, and manage material procurement and project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure construction activities remain within budget constraints. 

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
