- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site operations.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions from seniors.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day site works and ensure construction is progressing as per drawings and schedule.
Assist in layout, measurement, and quality checking of structural, architectural, plumbing, and finishing works.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on-site.
Maintain project documentation including site reports, material records, and daily progress.
Material receiving and record keeping (Day/Night).
Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness of the site.
Report daily progress and issues to the Project Engineer.
Attend regular meetings and assist in planning site activities.
