• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience will get preference.
• Must be willing to stay at the project site full-time.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site operations.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions from seniors.

• Supervise day-to-day site works and ensure construction is progressing as per drawings and schedule.

• Assist in layout, measurement, and quality checking of structural, architectural, plumbing, and finishing works.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on-site.

• Maintain project documentation including site reports, material records, and daily progress.

• Material receiving and record keeping (Day/Night).

• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness of the site.

• Report daily progress and issues to the Project Engineer.

• Attend regular meetings and assist in planning site activities.
