1.      Site Execution & supervision

-          Supervise day to day construction activities

-          Ensure work is carried out as per drawing, design, specifications & standards

-          Monitoring workmanship and construction quality

-          Ensuring project are completed on time and within the budget

2.      Technical work

-          Study drawing, specifications & BOQ

-          Set out works and check level alignment and measurements

-          Prepare site reports, daily progress reports and work schedule

-          Resolve technical issues and site problem

3.      Labor & Contractor Management

-          Manage & supervise works & subcontractor

-          Assign daily tasks & monitoring productivity

-           Ensure proper use of materials & equipment

4.      Materials Management

-          Check materials quality & quantity delivered to the site

-          Coordinate materials requirements & avoid shortage & overstock

-          Maintain materials record & stock

5.      Quality control

-          Ensure construction meets quality standards & specifications

-          Conduct inspection and arrange test for materials

6.      Safety management

-          Ensure safety rules & regulations

-          Implement safety procedure

-          Prevent accident & maintain a safe working environment  

7.      Documentation

-          Maintain site records, measurement & bill data

-          Prepare running bill & final bill

8.      Planning & scheduling

-          Plan daily and weekly work activity

-          Monitor progress against schedule
