• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Age 35 to 55 years
• Only Male

• Experience in building Fare Face structures with proper knowledge in fair face work.

• Preparation of the project schedule and Planning.
• Able to prepare BOQ and do BOQ analysis.
• Ensuring work is done at the site as per drawing and time schedule.
• Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client as well as effectively lead the trades.
• Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.
• Able to do estimate and make requisition of materials as per design.
• Able to follow up finishing work as per design/brochure.
• Checking Contractor’s bill.
• Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
• Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings.
• Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
• Maintain control and responsibility for the security and operation of directly owned equipment on the job site in conjunction with the staff.
• Follow up activities and lead a team of Engineers towards success.
• Plan and review potential safety issues.
• Ensure timely project handover and cost-efficient completion of construction projects.
• Coordinate activities with all the relevant departments.
• Other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
