Participate in photo/video shoots, social media promotions, and corporate branding activities.
Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and approach potential buyers through calls, social media, site visits, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain databases of prospects and follow up regularly.
- Understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide professional guidance on available projects, locations, amenities, payment plans, and legal aspects.
- Arrange project tours, site visits, and one-on-one property presentations.
- Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Conduct property showings, site visits, and client presentations
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals, brochures, and payment plans
- Follow up regularly with leads to close sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, expos, and events
- Stay updated on company inventory, pricing, and market trends
