• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.

• Good communication skills.

• Willingness to work at project sites full-time and manage workload under pressure.

• Experience in building construction within the real estate sector (Special mention:

• who worked in Bashundhara Residential area) will be given preference.

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure work is carried out as per architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Maintain quality control of materials and workmanship throughout construction.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.

• Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, material usage records, and maintain all site-related documentation.

• Verify contractors’ bills and work quantities before submission.

• Ensure full compliance with BNBC, RAJUK rules, and company standards.

• Monitor safety practices and ensure safety guidelines are followed at the site.

• Identify construction-related issues and assist in proposing technical solutions.

• Complete any managerial work relating to project.
