∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of individual sales & collection target as well as company goal set by the management.
∎ Distribute Sales target among the retail sales team
∎ Implementing AIDA sales formula
∎ Sales planning for achievement by retail concern
∎ Preparing proposal for necessary requirement
∎ Developing showroom presentation, sales data, accounts data etc. as per management requirement.
∎ Presenting Daily Activity Report to In-Charge -Retail & if required to other authority
∎ Organizing internal showroom meeting with the team members and taking steps for benefit.
∎ Maintaining Showroom display as per Plano gram with proper Visual Merchandising (VM).
∎ Showroom administration & resource management
∎ To train up sales personnel regularly
∎ To check up SR stock as regular basis/ Stock inventory
∎ Product requisition to factory
∎ Product receiving
∎ Product movement analysis
∎ To check up customer arrival and try to increase conversion
∎ To implement promotional campaign/Fair to ensure more Business
∎ Prepare sales bill/sales return/purchase bill/purchase return
∎ Ensure zero defect product in display
∎ Maintain company approved dress code
∎ Strictly maintain company rules and salesmanship discipline

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent writing and communication skills.
∎ Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
∎ Good listening and problem-solving skills.
∎ Time management skills.
∎ Critical thinking skills.
