Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solely Responsible for each and every issue encircling showroom Sales, Collection and other sales and marketing functions in assigned area.
∎ Attaining category/SKU wise monthly sales and collection targets.
∎ Continuing effort for each SKU share growth contrasting with market volume.
∎ Follow up inventory, cash, administrative, safety and security issues related to show room;
∎ Manage the credit/receivables as per company policy.
∎ Prepare business reports to analyze work areas and future developments as per the requirements.
∎ Active role within all Sales Promotions, Merchandising, Branding, Consumer /Trade meets and any sort of PUSH and PULL activities.
∎ Help resolve customer issues and complaints and escalating problems to the management team when necessary.
∎ Maintain composure and patience in face-off difficult customer situations.
∎ Keep customers informed of progress during the issue life cycle and make follow-up calls or communications in a timely manner.
∎ Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
∎ Ensure achievement of Monthly Sales, Collection and SKU wise product targets followed by yearly targets and regular reporting as a routine job.
∎ Represent as RANGS-Brand Ambassador in his assigned area and discharging his responsibilities with highest integrity and intelligence.
∎ Strict adherence to Company Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, Dress Code and conduct of behavior.
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities and Reporting on all sorts of market competitors' activities.
