Job Responsibilities:
∎ Presenting & selling company products to current & potential clients.
∎ Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
∎ Developing, maintaining good product & Marketing Knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have to maintain & control the Sales team.
∎ Must have to achieve the sales target.
∎ Formulating and executing sales plans.
∎ Leading a sales team within the showroom.
∎ Ensuring compliance with all Showroom policies & procedure.
∎ Maintaining & ordering appropriate inventory to enhance sales & profit.
∎ Develops and maintains outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining proper merchandising of the showroom.
∎ Maintain clean and safe environment.
∎ Conducting market promotions & campaigns.
∎ Prepare bill, challan, quotations, as required.
∎ Recording sales record and order information and entering figures into a computer software.

∎ Age at most 35 years

∎ Skills Required: Direct Sales, Sales & Marketing, showroom management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Showroom Manager of a reputed Fashion House, Garments Showroom
