Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise daily showroom operations and keep everything running smoothly.
- Lead the sales team, assign targets, and guide them to close deals.
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and help them choose the right products.
- Maintain product displays so the showroom always looks sharp and inviting.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure timely stock availability.
- Handle customer complaints or issues and make sure they walk out satisfied.
- Track daily sales, prepare reports, and share updates with management.
- Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure billing, delivery schedules, and after-sales follow-ups are done properly.
- Keep an eye on competitors and suggest new ideas to boost sales and improve the showroom experience.
