Experience Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in retail, bakery, sweets, restaurant, supermarket, or FMCG operations.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role

  • Experience in bakery or food retail operations will be highly preferred.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Good knowledge of sales, inventory, and cash management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS software.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.

  • Honest, responsible, and result-oriented.

  • Foodland Products is a growing bakery and sweets brand committed to delivering premium-quality bakery items, traditional sweets, and exceptional customer service. We are opening a new showroom at Anannya Shopping Complex, Baridhara DOHS, Dhaka, and are looking for an energetic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead the outlet's operations.

Job Description with Responsibility:

Showroom Operations

  • Manage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth daily activities.

  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures of the showroom.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

  • Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports.

  • Implement promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.

Customer Service

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.

  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively.

  • Build long-term customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels and product availability.

  • Coordinate with production and supply teams for timely replenishment.

  • Control product wastage, expiry, and stock discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff.

  • Prepare duty schedules and monitor staff performance.

  • Ensure discipline and professional conduct among employees.

Financial & Administrative Control

  • Monitor cash handling and POS transactions.

  • Prepare daily sales, stock, and operational reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
